These terms govern your use of Verso (https://resume.versobase.com), operated from India ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them.
Verso lets you build, preview and export resumes, with an optional Pro plan. Guests can use the app fully in the browser; signing in adds cloud sync. Current plans and prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change from time to time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the resume content you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. You keep ownership of the content you create; we only store and process it to provide the service to you.
Paid plans are billed by our payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and handles billing, applicable taxes and refunds on our behalf. See the Refund Policy for details.
Do not use the service to store or generate unlawful content, to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, or to access accounts other than your own.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
